Shipping & Returns Policies

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship only to U.S. street addresses.
We do not ship to Canada or other countries.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

*Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for large orders.

*Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed.  Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Shipping

If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error prior to shipment.  After the order has been processed and shipped we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy (See Return Policy below).   If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs is non-refundable.

Orders generally ship via UPS.  The same rates apply for residential and commercial addresses.  No service is provided to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO.  We no longer ship to the U.S. Territories.

It may take 1-2 business days to receive your tracking number.  You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available.  Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the carrier’s system.  Tracking history will upload to your account if registered.

Returns

If your order is returned to us refused, return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee apply.

Claims for damaged or missing merchandise are accepted once per order. Please report any damages or shortages to Customer Service (orders@petitesweetsbymsjo.com) within 5 days of order delivery. It is important to inspect all of your merchandise before submitting a claim as amended or second claims are not accepted.  Please wait until you have received your entire order before submitting a claim.  We cannot replace items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, damaged or missing merchandise is eligible to receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement, you MUST send an email with photos of the damage. The replacement must be initiated within 5 days of receipt. To start your replacement please email us at orders@petitesweetsbymsjo.com and include your order number and images of the damage. Please title your email “Replacement Needed”. Once we receive your request for replacement, we will send you an email to notify you the request has been received. If the request is approved, we will notify you and an email will follow with tracking information.

Returns must be authorized to be received at the warehouse prior to shipping to us, unauthorized packages are refused.

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing  orders@petitesweetsbymsjo.com. Please include your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in its original package and must have been purchased from our website.

The return must be initiated within 5 days of receipt and will receive a 20% restocking fee. To start your return please email us at orders@petitesweetsbymsjo.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please title your email “Return Authorization Needed”. If your return is not in original condition, we do reserve the right to refuse the return. We will not refund shipping costs on returns.

Pack your return shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable. Packages not authorized for return will be refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
